On December 1st, PSAC Atlantic hosted a webinar entitled Violence Prevention for Federally Regulated Workplaces.” If you weren’t able to attend, you can watch the presentation here! This webinar explains the notion of workplace violence in federally-regulated workplaces. It also outline employer responsibilities regarding workplace violence prevention. It identifies the rights and responsibilities of employees with regards to workplace violence prevention. It also identifies supports and redress mechanisms if experiencing workplace violence.  The webinar makes reference to several handouts.  You can find them attached.
