3 - Self Defence demonstration, exercise tips - Jade Josiah & Spencer Price - Phillips School of Tae Twon Do

4 - Presentation on “The benefits of Yoga/Meditation and Relaxation”.  Tara Roseann Mouland – Just Breath Studio
