CFIA February 6th Activity

About 30 people attended the Budget Watch. Joining PSAC members were the CLC, NL Federation of Labour, District Labour Council, Canadian Federation of Students, MUN Student Union and NDP.

This is the official call for nominations for the position of Regional Executive Vice-President and Alternate Regional Executive Vice-President for the Atlantic.  Elections for these positions will be held at the Atlantic Regional Convention in Saint John, New Brunswick, June 19-22, 2014.  A Nominations Form is attached.

People who work in the federal public service always have one eye trained on what’s going on at Canada Post.  And for good reason.  The crown corporation is a testing ground for the federal government’s experiments on how to transform working conditions and labour relations.
