Please note: As per the PSAC regulation 15 and the Administrative guidelines governing the voting procedures:
1) Ratification/Strike vote needs to take place at a meeting where members had the opportunity to have their questions answered. No desk drop of ballots are permitted, vote must take place at a meeting; or
2) If you work more than 60 kms from a meeting location, you are entitled to vote by mail. Please see enclosed meeting notices for details and how to receive a ballot by mail.
