On behalf of the Atlantic Regional Council and the Council’s Education Committee, I’m thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for the much anticipated 2018 PSAC Atlantic School!
The Atlantic School brings together union activists from the four Atlantic Provinces with a foundation in union education to advance their skills in the company of the region’s most activated members. The school’s in-residence program is tailored to deliver advanced courses in both official languages, while immersing participants in union culture.
The School will take place from October 17-21, 2018, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This year’s school is called Building it Stronger: a union school for movement builders. You can find out more about the 2018 Atlantic School theme and the course offerings in the information attached. The deadline for applications is June 7, 2018.
