Negotiations for new contracts for PSAC’s five bargaining units in the federal public service will begin this week (week of July 7th) when PSAC and Treasury Board teams will exchange proposals.

Local USGE 60001 (Miramichi Firearms Centre) wanted to show support to their team. This local had 'their own BBQ Union Day" instead of participating in the National Public Service Week and took this opportunity to have a banner signed for the team by all members of the local.
If your local would like to show its support as well to your team, this could be a fun project. It can involve new volunteers, members can have fun, be creative and at the same time it can engage your membership in their collective bargaining. Think about it....
