March 31 is the International Day of Trans Visibility – a day to celebrate transgender people around the globe and the courage it takes to live openly and authentically, while also raising awareness around the discrimination trans people still face.
PSAC recently developed some excellent resources on how unions, management and workers can work together to build workplaces that are inclusive of folks who are trans and gender variant.
