NS Area Council1 Annual General Meeting

The NS Area Council1 representing all locals in the greater Halifax/Dartmouth area as well as the Annapolis Valley and South Shore was pleased to have as a special guest speaker at it's November 5, 2014 AGM Brother Tony Tilley, 6th from the left, President of National Health Union. Brother Tilley spoke to the delegates on the current challenges facing our members regarding Sick Leave and Collective bargaining, Pensions, and urging all locals and affiliates to start speaking to their members, neighbors, family, about the importance of defeating the Conservatives government in the coming election.
