One last effort to Save Our Farms

USGE/PSAC members were up early this morning trying to prevent Correctional Services Canada (CSC) from removing the cattle from the farm at Westmorland Institution.  It was this morning that CSC were to remove the cows from the prison farm to taken them to an auction sale in Truro, Nova Scotia.

This was one more activity of the "Save Our Farms" campaign. However, when members arrived in Dorchester they were very disappointed to find out that CSC had hurried to remove the cows when they found out about the members' protest. According to the pictures taken, it would seem CSC was not successful in sending all the cows to the auction after all! Thanks to all members who participated in this activity!
