PSAC members rally outside their workplace for 19 minutes.

 

ST. JOHN’S, NL - Public Service Alliance of Canada members will be rallying for 19 minutes outside their workplace to focus on the importance of the next federal election set to take place on October 19 2015.

 

The Parliamentary Budget Officer released a new report today, concluding that it costs almost nothing extra to pay sick leave to federal civil servants. This is because most departments don't have policies in place to backfill for sick leave.
