Agriculture Union Local 90004 Donates Hundreds of Pounds of Beef to Food Banks

During the 2017 Moncton Pride Week our PSAC Greater Moncton Human Rights committee took the opportunity to gather signatures on a Trans Flag showing the openness we have here in Canada as compared to other Countries and asked the Member of Parliament (MP) for Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe, Ginette Petitpas Taylor to present it to our Honorable Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.   She recently had the opportunity to present the flag and as promised, provided our committee with a photo to be shared with our members.  Special Thanks to our MP!

Young workers across Canada are turning controversy into opportunity by donating free Loblaw gift cards to charity.

Loblaw recently admitted to fixing the price of bread at stores across the country for more than a decade, and the company announced it would offer $25 gift cards to all customers as an apology.

PSAC’s Regional Young Worker Committees are shifting the price-fixing scandal into a way to help Canadians in need.
