Regional Women's Committees are an integral part in ensuring our members have a local hub for political and community action and making those critical alliances with marginalized groups in our communities.
If you are interested in working on activities that affect women, build on our strengths in the PSAC and develop partnerships with community organizations committed to issues affecting Women please join us! Please post on union bulletin boards and give wide distribution and encourage your Union Sister's to attend.

Maintaining Your Mental Health During the Pandemic
The coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19) is causing stress and anxiety for many of us. As a result of this virus, our habits and ways of doing things have changed drastically and suddenly. COVID-19 has also plunged us into a period of uncertainty. In this context, it is normal to try to understand what is happening to us and to want to find ways to manage the situation.
