PSAC members rally outside their workplace for 19 minutes

 

CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI - Public Service Alliance of Canada members will be rallying for 19 minutes outside their workplace to focus on the importance of the next federal election set to take place on October 19 2015.

PSAC members and community groups join together for a ceremonial tree planting

 

ST. ANDREWS, NB – Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) will be joined by members of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) and Save Ocean Science (SOS) to plant trees in order to repair the local environment.

 

Resolutions to be considered by the Seventeenth National Triennial Convention must be received by the Convention, Conferences and Project Officer by e-mail at Felixg@psac-afpc.com and in printed copy to 233 Gilmour Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 0P1, no later than: October 27, 2014
Nominations are once again open for the Carol McGregor CLC Disability Rights Award.
 
The CLC created this award to recognize the outstanding contributions of a worker with a disability who has made a significant and lasting impact in their union and/or the community by promoting and defending the rights of persons with disabilities.
 
The award is given annually and announced on December 3, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

PSAC members took part in various Labour Day activities in the Atlantic Region.
