PSAC members continue with their monthly mobilizing activities

 

ST. JOHN’S, NL – Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) members have been organizing various activities on the 19th of every month in order to raise awareness on the upcoming federal election and the need to have a government that stands up for Canadians and the services they depend on.

 

This week, PSAC members who reside in the NB Southwest riding received a flyer also known as 'ten percenter' from their local MP, John Williamson.  This flyer had only one intent: attack public sector benefits.  We are replying by sending him our very own 'ten percenter'! The REVP for PSAC Atlantic, Jeannie Baldwin, also sent him a letter requesting a meeting to explain the valuable services PSAC members deliver on a daily basis.

The Joint Learning Program unveil its new identity

The Joint Learning Program (JLP), the leading joint learning program in the federal public service founded in 2001, is proud to unveil its new identity consisting of a new logo and a new tagline.

The new identity clearly express the refreshing and unique experience offered by the JLP to build a healthier, more productive workplace.

PSAC members to rally outside conservative MP Rodney Weston’s office

 

SAINT JOHN, NB - Public Service Alliance of Canada members will be rallying for 15 minutes outside conservative MP Rodney Weston’s office during their lunch hour to tell him that they will not give away their sick leave and other hard earned benefits protected in their collective agreement.
