You can help veterans stop the closure of the Veterans Affairs offices in their communities. On Friday September 13^th, 74 of the 88 employees at Service Canada’scall centre in Bathurst, NB, learned their hours of work are being reduced to part-time.  26 of the 42 workers in a call centre in St. John’s, NL, got the same bad news.  The reason everyone was given for such a drastic reduction?  Insufficient funding.
