The next meeting of the Regional Women's Committee will be held, Tuesday, April 2nd at 5:30 pm in the PSAC Regional Office Boardroom.

UNDE members from local 60303 and the Fredericton District labour council members decided it was time for the public to know exactly the real impacts of job and services cuts in their region. For the last 5 Saturdays, they were present in different shopping malls of the Oromocto/Fredericton area with their information table. Hundreds of people visited their "We Are All Affected" table and the reaction from the public was overwhelmingly positive. Congratulations on the efforts!

The Next meeting of the PEI Human Rights Committee will be held on April 3rd at 5:30 pm in the PSAC Boardroom.

The Newfoundland & Labrador 2013 Winter Education Schedule is now available. Please see list of courses being offered and post in your workspace.

This fall PSAC Atlantic is pleased to announce it will be offering two  Advanced Training Courses:  Union Work for Women and Advanced Duty to Accommodate . Please watch your region's education schedule for these important courses.

UPCE Bargaining Update - Sessions to be held  in Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick.  See poster attached for more information for time and location of sessions.  Please make every effort to attend session to find out information on the status of the UPCE negotiations.  Guest speaker:   Br. The Atlantic Regional Council met in Halifax on February 9 and 10, 2013.  Despite a major storm, the meeting went ahead and a lot was accomplished.  Here are some highlights.

This is to advise that Gail has arrived from Ottawa and the TC Information Meeting is still on  tonight at 6pm, at the Delta.

The Charlottetown Regional Office is closed today (Feb 18th) due to storm.
