PSAC members have been on the frontlines of this pandemic, committed to delivering critical government services for Canadians everywhere. You went above and beyond and continue doing so in order to provide essential public services to Canadians during these difficult times.

The impacts of COVID-19 on the LGBTQ2+ members and our communities makes it a trying time. Many of us look forward every year to celebrate our achievements and fight for more equality. This year, we will have to do it differently, because we simply cannot cancel or skip pride.

Maintaining Your Mental Health During the Pandemic The coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19) is causing stress and anxiety for many of us. As a result of this virus, our habits and ways of doing things have changed drastically and suddenly. COVID-19 has also plunged us into a period of uncertainty. In this context, it is normal to try to understand what is happening to us and to want to find ways to manage the situation.
