April 22nd marks Earth Day.

We all have a role to play to respect and honour Mother Earth.  We owe it to the Earth we live on, to ourselves and to the next generations.

The smallest action can have the greatest impact.

Put in practice the three R’s: Reduce, re-use and recycle, plant a tree, minimize paper consumption and ensure you turn off the lights when you leave a room.  Those are small gestures that we can do on a daily basis that will have a long lasting impact.

Members of UNDE local 80407 organized a demo on Wednesday to protest the Phoenix pay system. They were also joined by members of UNDE local 80406. #FixPhoenix (Halifax, NS)
